Current Students Pre-Enrollment - Begins Monday, April 15, 2024 - Pre-Enrollment will be done again through the parent portal for each student or family. Site offices can get each parent/guardian access to their portal and information on pre-enrollment is attached below. (SEE LINK BELOW)
Open Transfer 2024-2025 – Requests to attend Hilldale Schools for the 2024-2025 school year will start on May 1, 2024 on a first come first serve basis at Hilldale Administrative Offices at 313 East Peak, next to Hilldale Elementary School at 8:00 a.m. Open transfer paper work can be found on Hilldale Public Schools website main page in the right hand column under Open Transfers. 2024-2025 transfer requests will not be confirmed or denied until after the July school board meeting. Current Hilldale student(s) do not have to reapply.
Pre-k and KG Roundup (SEE LINK BELOW) Pre-K and KG roundup will be held two days at Hilldale Administrative Office: Tuesday, APRIL 9, 2024 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Thursday, APRIL 11, 2024 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Residents (live in Hilldale School District) – may enroll on those days. If you are applying for a transfer you may go through the round up process but acceptance as a student will not be decided until after the July school board meeting.
State Testing – High School will have two virtual days for students who do not test on Thursday, April 11 and Thursday, April 18, 2024. ALL HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS WHO TEST WILL BE IN ATTENDANCE THOSE DAYS FOR REQUIRED STATE TESTING. If you do not test, you will be virtual those days. Middle and Elementary school students will attend in-person on these days.
8th Grade Graduation and Dance – REMINDER to parents/guardians of all 8th grade students. Your 8th grade student must be passing all classes at the time of the 8th grade dance and 8th Grade Graduation to participate in those activities. Please log into your parent portal and monitor you students’ grades so we don’t have any student who does not get to participate.
Summer School – Hilldale Summer School will be three weeks, half-day, from May 28 to June 13, Monday – Thursday from 8 a.m., until 11:30 a.m. at Hilldale Elementary school for all sites. School sites will be sending information home soon.
