IMPACT AID PARENT SURVEY

 

 

              Impact Aid is federal assistance schools receive if you as the parent or guardian work on/for (either on site or work from home) federal entities or reside on federal property.  There are several steps Hilldale must complete to qualify for this assistance and the first is having you complete a brief survey. 

 

SOME OF THE LOCAL FEDERAL ENTITIES

             

1. FEDERAL JOBS OF ANY TYPE
2. CHEROKEE NATION
3. CREEK NATION
4. CORP OF ENGINEERS
5. FEDERAL PARKS
6. MILITARY BRANCHES

 

How do you complete the survey?

 

1. Login to your parent portal.  If you do not know how to or forgot your password contact your school site or the administrative office for assistance.
2. Complete the Impact Aid Parent Survey at the bottom of your forms page (same location you complete enrollment documents).
3. The form is fillable and you can sign on the form.  It is one page and will only take a few minutes from login to logoff.
4. THAT’S IT!!

 

We will contact those who have notified us that you work or live on federal property as well.
