University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma (USAO) scholarship for children of educators
If you know that the parents of one of your students is employed by a public K-12 school in Oklahoma, the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma (USAO) has established a new automatic scholarship just for them. This new four-year scholarship, called the Oklahoma Educator Award provides dependents of an Oklahoma public school teacher with a $2,000 tuition waiver and $1,000 a student’s room each year. Admitted students that qualify will just need to send in proof of employment to the USAO Admissions Office.

Science & Arts (USAO) created this scholarship to lend a helping hand to the families of public school educators who give so much back to communities all across the state. In addition to this new opportunity, USAO has increased the amount of all of its existing competitive awards. Science and Arts target students who show outstanding academic achievement, leadership potential, and talent. The annual value of these four-year awards ranges from $5,300 to $7,000.
